  • Meaningful Inclusion | Special Olympics

    In this course, we’ll explore the topic of meaningful inclusion and consider ways we can foster socially inclusive schools and communities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The course is broken into three modules, including: - Generation Unified: In the first module, we hear from Kate and Tajha about their lives and the importance of their relationships. - Choose to Include: In the second module, we’ll consider types of relationships and the characteristics of meaningful inclusion and think about what it takes for socially inclusive relationships to develop. - Reveal the Champion: In the third module, we’ll think about the opportunities for meaningful social inclusion in your life and at your school.
